Teresa Tipton - Executive Secretary

When you have questions about our department, Teresa Dalrymple Tipton is most likely the person you will talk to on the phone. She will also help you make your pavilon and campsite reservations. Teresa was born and raised in Soda Springs, Idaho. She moved with her family to Springville when she was in high school. She attended Springville High School her junior and senior years. She graduated from Springville High and also from Hollywood Beauty College, and had her own hair styling business for several years. Teresa served a mission for the LDS church in the Australia, Adelaide Mission. She married Allan Ruff Tipton and they have six children and ten grandchildren.

Teresa started her career with Springville City in 2000 in the finance department. She has since worked in Business Licensing, Parks and Cemeteries. She is now the executive secretary for the Buildings and Grounds Department, and her responsibilities include secretarial work, pavilion and campsite reservations, cemetery sales and burial arrangements, winter recreation support, and Notary Public services.
